Location: Shanghai

1.    Participating in defining analog IC specifications, responsible for circuit design and simulation, writing circuit design documents;

2.    Responsible for circuit optimization;

3.    Assisting layout engineers complete the analog IC layout design;

4.    Writing product test specifications and assisting test engineers set up test plans.

 

1.    Deep understanding of semiconductor devices and process flows;

2.    Good analog circuit design foundation, familiar with analog circuit design flows;

3.    1+ years of experience in analog IC design, excellent fresh graduates also welcomed;

4.    Proficient in basic circuits as OPA, BG, AD, DA, etc. and familiar with basic digital circuit and I²C interface design;

5.    Skillful at EDA tools as Virtuoso, Spectre, Hspice, etc. and ability to use Mathlab;

6.    Experience in power management IC or communication IC design preferred;

7.    High sense of team work, working proactively.

1、参与模拟IC规格制定，负责电路设计和仿真验证，编写电路设计文档；

2、负责线路优化；

3、协助版图设计工程师完成模拟IC版图设计；

4、编写产品测试规范，协助测试工程师制定测试方案。

1、对半导体器件以及工艺流程有比较深入的了解；

2、具有良好的模拟电路设计基础，熟悉模拟电路设计流程；

3、1年以上模拟IC设计工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑；

4、熟练掌握OPA、BG、AD、DA等基本电路；熟悉基本数字电路及I²C接口设计；

5、熟悉Virtuoso, Spectre, Hspice等EDA软件，能够使用Mathlab；

6、有电源管理芯片、通信接口IC设计经验者优先考虑；

7、工作积极主动并且有良好的团队合作精神。
